As you will be aware as you start planning your wedding, the design of the mood and feel of the day is often so much more than choosing a single key color for the flowers to match the bridesmaids’ dresses.
Choosing to marry away from your home, and from the style and suppliers you know does not mean you need to compromise or forego a beautifully coordinated event. At Italyweddings, this is our key service, and our true passion.
Our team is comprised of Ben Singleton, founder of Italyweddings, trained as a fine artist, and active painter and photographer. Marisa, the floral designer, trained as a fashion designer and with years of experience working solely in the field of wedding floral design.
We know that what makes an event truly special is when their has been a visually guided thought process behind the day: not just the bouquets and table centerpieces, but ceremony decoration, lighting, linens, and printed material.
We do not end with simply suggesting ideas: we will take care of everything from hand painting decorations if necessary, printing the name cards, escort cards, menus, arranging hanging lanterns in a color theme suitable for your event, setting up a candy bar in the style of the event, working with you and our caterers to make sure the elements on the table will coordinate totally with the overall mood of the event.
All of this is an ongoing process, worked through at every step with the couple, discussing timing, location, swatches, mood-boards, talking together about even the most minute and detailed aspects of the creative idea you wish to create.
