Damian and Siobhan chose to share both the civil wedding, in the town hall of San Gimignano, and the religious blessing at the Villa Francesca with all of their guests. The bride was given away by her father, and accompanied to the town hall through the streets of San Gimignano by a Scott's Guard and bagpipes.

Following the civil wedding, the couple spent time wandering through the medieval back streets with the photographer, and joined their guests for a buffet lunch at the villa, prior to the religious blessing.

The ceremony at the villa was a completely personal moment, sharing their own personal pledges and vows in front of their dearest friends and family, and leading neatly into the celebratory part of the day: a relaxing seated meal in the villa halls, and entertainment into the night.
