Typical meals consist of a welcome aperitif, canapes, two or more first courses - pasta risotto and savoury crepes - and one or more main meat or fish dish. Florentine steak, sea-bass, porcini mushrooms... the best local and seasonal ingredients.
Wedding cakes can be arranged - a typical cake would be a millefoglie - a layered cake of Chantilly cream, filo pastry, and berry fruit. Delicious to eat even on hot summer days.
