Ema and Enrico had guests from all over the glob – Dubai, where they reside and work, Italy and Rumania, their family origins, and others from the West and the East, meaning the setting of central Tuscany was not only convenient, but an exciting solution in the heart of ancient European culture and cuisine.
The Villa Montisi made a relaxed and charming backdrop fro three days of meals and activities, sleeping the core group over a three day period, while the other guests enjoyed the medieval hilltop town of Pienza and the beauty of the Unesco heritage Val D’Orcia region.
The villa’s central courtyasrd, closed on three sides and strung with bulb lights, made for a lovely, intimate enclosed space for the wedding meal, mixing rural charm of the setting with more formal elegance of the cuisine and tablescape.
