Adi and Giovanni brought together their respective Texan and Northern Italian families, to celebrate this international, elegant event on Lake Maggiore.
The accommodation for the 120 guests was on the Sourthern side of the lake, in the town of Stesa, while the wedding ceremony and reception was held on the Northern side, at the Villa Rusconi Clerici. This meant a pleasant 15 minute boat ride across the lake for the guests to get to the garden blessing.
Adi and Giovanni opted to mix black tie formality with moderrn linear touchges in the Ghost chairs for the blessing, and carefully accented details such as the periwinkle touches of color in the floral design and the meal plates.
The symbolic blessing itself was officiated by a family friend on a small glossy optical white raised platform – later used in the evening as the setting for the cake cutting and surprise fireworks.
