This stunning smaller villa lies in the heart of the Val d’Orcia – perhaps the the most sought-after secret gem, and the most photographed natural area in Tuscany. Think “The English Patient” and “Under the Tuscan Sun”…The beauty here is taking temporary residence in a true charming little home. Everything about the villa is designed to give a genuine, homely, refined and elegant feel to your stay. Decent sized rooms with beamed ceilings, period paintings and furniture, and windows on to the views of the “Crete Senese” landscape.

Outside: two acres of lawn reaching out to the adjacent wheat fields; stone paved open and covered dining areas a sheltered paved patio, with built in barbecue and ancient pizza oven… And the pool: 14 x 6 meter heated pool, large underground dressing room with shower; and a terra-cotta paved pergola close to the pool, facing a magic sunset.

The villa is home to six bedrooms, all with double beds and en-suite bathrooms.

Naturally, as a venue for a wedding, this lovely villa is best suited for a more limited size of party – we suggest up to 50 or 60 as the maximum, for best use of the on site facilities. Parties of 20 approx. will have the advantage of being able in most cases, to have both outside and covered spaces for all weather situations. Above that number, and it’s necessary to plan for an alternative covered structure to be set up in case of rain. Not a subject any couple likes to discuss, but for smaller villas, that’s the reality of the venue’s capacity.
