About This Project
Planning a wedding for a fashion blogger from Colorado in her family home and wine estate in Tuscany always going to be a challenge! Hayley and Clayton had big ideas, and a strong image of what they wanted from the day. The venue set special considerations, and we opted for a feature transparent crystal marquee, which allowed an inside / outside feel for the night.
Marisa at Le Petit Jardin was responsible for coordinating the aesthetics of the day – along with hep from numerous creative guests. The balance was glamour, romantic, but without falling into any stale and overused cliches. We had seen the images of the bridal dress and spoken many times with Hayley and her family, and know the balance between elegance and contemporary creative was the key – and areas such as lighting, music and running of the day were designed to balance the more traditional areas in the table design.
The cake was accompanied by a surprise firework display, that led naturally into a long, balmy night of dancing and drinking!
