Aldert and Josefin wanted the best Tuscany have to offer. One of the most breathtaking venues, top international standard cuisine, in the true Italian tradition, Brunello and Super Tuscans to pair with the exquisite dishes – and a three day adventure for family and friends.
The couple invited an international group to Borgo Santo Pietro for three days of events. A dear family friend presided over the ceremony, which incorporated elements from the languages and cultures of the bride’s Swedish background, and the groom’s Dutch heritage.
As this venue is particularly spectacular, and decorative, with many corners, objects, urns and vases, the floral design was kept deliberately linear with simple tones and an abundance of blooms.
The evening proceeded with a wonderful Bavarese cake beside the pool, with surprise fireworks, then guests moved to the lodge and pool area for a night of dancing, with two Djs brought in from Paris.
