This beautiful historical house is located in the Chianti area on the slopes of mountains, right in the middle of the triangle connecting Florence, Arezzo and Siena.The villa can function as a small charming hotel (it offers 10 double rooms and 2 apartments), or can be rented as an entire structure, on a weekly basis. All the accommodations are peaceful, comfortable and of great atmosphere.The things that make this location special are the beauty of the garden and of the landscape all around the villa, the panoramic swimming-pool, the genuine Tuscan hospitality and the wide variety of possible day trips and food-and-wine itineraries. But the self contained nature of this villa make it most ideal for a wedding party.

A small chapel of the 18th century, where to organize unforgettable weddings, is part of the estate.

The pool is unique with its stone surround and has been built out of an old basin which was once used to collect water for the fields. The pool has been designed keeping in mind the relationship of the landscape, the surrounding farm land and the feel of the area.

The villa offers a junior suite, one single and eight double bedrooms, each having its own private and new bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning, with the exception of three due to artistic and historical obligations. All rooms have mini bar-fridge, tea/coffee maker, phone, television, safe. Bed linen and towels will be changed daily. Each room is unique, with fine furniture and many antiques that have been made by local craftsmen, heirs to the traditional art of wood and iron carving.

Most interesting, however, for this villa, is the flexibility for bookings: this wonderful location can be booked as a whole on a weekly basis, but may also be booked with exclusive use for your wedding party for three nights, over a long weekend – accommodating a party of 28, or a few more, or a few less, according to your needs.
